The module ITIL® Transformation (Version 5) provides practical, scalable guidelines for embedding, sustaining and optimizing change across products and services.

This module provides participants with guidance on transforming the way organizations work by balancing governance, execution and continuous learning. In line with ITIL guidelines, it provides practical guidance to align people, processes and technology and ensure that transformations deliver measurable value and build resilience across the organization.

- Using patterns, tools and governance to enable sustainable change
Objectives
- Know how to design management and governance capabilities so that they are effective and support the organization's desired ways of working.
- Learn to structure and improve organizational capabilities - with clearly defined roles and responsibilities.
- Know how to specifically optimize individual areas of the Service Value System (SVS) - from practices to tool usage - taking into account all four dimensions of service management.
- Understand how to increase the overall performance of the SVS by strengthening collaboration between stakeholders and across value streams.
Prerequisites
- Any ITIL 4 certification or
- ITIL Foundation (version 5)

Certificate
The ITIL® Transformation (Version 5) certificate is awarded by Peoplecert.
This is one of the certificates required to achieve the ITIL® Managing Professional (Version 5), ITIL® Practice Manager (Version 5) or ITIL® Strategic Leader (Version 5) certificate.
