IT-governance and assessment

In our training courses, we impart comprehensive knowledge about de facto standards and frameworks for defining, planning and implementing a company-wide IT governance structure. You will learn how processes and procedures from different frameworks can be effectively integrated and how principles and enablers can effectively and efficiently control the governance and audit of corporate IT. You will also be able to evaluate and optimize your own workflows and processes as well as IT auditing on the basis of standardized procedures in order to increase the performance of your organization.
