The IITIL® Service (Version 5) module provides practical guidance on how to design, deliver and improve services to enable consistent value creation and quality customer experiences.

This module provides practical guidelines for achieving excellence in digital service management - in line with ITIL specifications. It focuses on aligning people, processes and technology to manage services across the entire lifecycle and increase resilience, responsiveness and customer satisfaction.

The ITIL® 5 Service (Version 5) Certificate is awarded by Peoplecert.

This is one of the 4 certificates required to achieve the ITIL® Managing Professional (Version 5) certification
