We are especially excited to welcome our special guest, Luzia Tschirky, renowned expert on Ukraine and Russia, speaker, and podcaster. As a former correspondent for Swiss Television SRF, she will share her insights in her presentation: "War Across All Channels: Experiences from Ukraine"
The race for the SMFS Award 2026 is now open. Five nominated teams from Switzerland and Liechtenstein will showcase how service management can be successfully implemented and continuously improved in practice. During the award ceremony, we will recognize outstanding achievements and innovative approaches. In addition to the Jury Award, an Audience Choice Award will also be presented.
