SMFS 2025
SMFS 2025 is just around the corner—this year’s theme is:
“Data-Driven Strategies: The Key to Service Innovations in Service Management”
We didn’t shy away from bringing in top-tier keynote speakers for the event:
- Petra Maria Asprion, professor at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW) and director of the Competence Center Digital Trust
- Mark Thomas, member of the ISACA Hall of Fame and founder and president of Escoute Consulting
- Roger Süss, CEO of Green
- Rob Akershoek, DXC Technology and Co-Chair of the IT4IT Forum
We are especially looking forward to our special guest: Thierry Carrel. The heart surgeon will take the audience on an “excursion into the heart region” and speak about the heart as both an organ and a symbol.
The race for the SMFS AWARD 2025 is on. The nominated teams from Switzerland and Liechtenstein demonstrate how service management is successfully implemented and further developed in practice. During the awards ceremony, we will honor outstanding achievements and innovative approaches. In addition to the Jury Award, the Audience Choice Award will also be presented.
