The fundamentals of business analysis are taught using practical examples. The focus is on understanding, gathering, and describing requirements.
In this course, you will learn, among other things:
- Fundamentals and key concepts of business analysis
- How to gather and structure requirements
- How to describe requirements clearly and comprehensively (in natural language)
- How to represent requirements in a model-based way (e.g., processes and simple models)
- Practical techniques for analyzing and structuring requirements
- How to use artificial intelligence methods to support business analysis

- Understanding the central basic concepts of business analysis and placing them in the project context
- Knowing the role of business analysts and creating typical business analysis artifacts
- Applying selected business analysis techniques using practical examples
- Learning how artificial intelligence methods can support business analysts in analysis and documentation tasks

Prerequisites
No prior knowledge in this area is required. Project experience is an advantage.
