The fundamentals of business analysis are taught using practical examples. The focus is on understanding, gathering, and describing requirements.

In this course, you will learn, among other things:

  • Fundamentals and key concepts of business analysis
  • How to gather and structure requirements
  • How to describe requirements clearly and comprehensively (in natural language)
  • How to represent requirements in a model-based way (e.g., processes and simple models)
  • Practical techniques for analyzing and structuring requirements
  • How to use artificial intelligence methods to support business analysis

  • Understanding the central basic concepts of business analysis and placing them in the project context
  • Knowing the role of business analysts and creating typical business analysis artifacts
  • Applying selected business analysis techniques using practical examples

Prerequisites

No prior knowledge in this area is required. Project experience is an advantage.
