Main Topics

In this 2-day course you will build the skills you need to become a high performing team member of an Agile Release Train (ART) – and learn how to work effectively with other teams – by becoming a SAFe® Practitioner (SP). You will gain a deep understanding of ART, how it creates value and what you can do to effectively fulfill your role with Scrum and Kanban.

You will also learn how to write and break down stories, plan and execute iterations and plan program steps. Finally, you will learn about the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and the DevOps culture, how to work effectively with the other teams in the program and what it takes to continuously improve the ART.

Goals

In this SAFe® Practitioner course you will learn:

  • Use SAFe in a team to scale Lean and Agile development in your organization.
  • Know your team and their role in the Agile Release Train (ART).
  • Know all other teams in the ART, their roles and the dependencies between the teams.
  • Plan and execute iterations and demonstrate value.
    Plan Program Increments (PI) in the team.
  • practice integration and cooperation with the other teams in the ART.

This course is suitable for anyone interested in SAFe®, regardless of their experience.
