Prerequisites
No specific prior knowledge is required to take part in this project management basics seminar. Initial experience as a project team member is an advantage.
To register, you must complete the IPMA Level D certification application before the exam. All candidates can register on the VZPM's certification portal and upload the documents to be submitted there. The certification application to be completed and the guidelines will be made available to candidates on the certification portal. The documents should be submitted three weeks before the start of the examination. You can find a short explanatory video about the entire project management certification process here.

Certificate
- The "Certified Project Management Associate (IPMA Level D)" exam lasts 3 hours and consists of 60 multiple-choice questions and 30 open questions. The questions can relate to all SWISS.ICB4 competencies. You have passed the exam if you have achieved at least 60% of the possible total score and have answered at least one question correctly for at least 23 of the 28 competencies.
The exam takes place remotely. There is one appointment per class. Digicomp will register you for this online exam with the certification body. You will need a webcam for the exam, as the exam is proctored via Zoom, and a Safe Exam Browser. You will receive the links in the exam invitation.
On the day of the exam, you can log in to the candidate portal and find your exam session there. You can then open the Safe Exam Browser and join the Zoom meeting there. Please make sure that Zoom is installed on your computer before the exam. You can download a free version here: https://zoom.us/download

The certificate is internationally recognized and is valid for five years. You are therefore entitled to use the acquired title "Certified Project Management Associate (IPMA Level D)" during the period of validity of the certificate.
