In this 2-day training to become a Certified SAFe Agilist you will learn about the SAFe® Framework and the Lean Agile principles. You will learn how Agile Release Trains (ART) and SAFe® practices continuously create more value for your company. You will experience PI Planning and learn how to develop an Agile Portfolio and lead a Lean Agile organization. Understand the Lean Agile Mindset and how to use the principles and practices of SAFe® 6 to support your teams, programs and portfolios.
