Simulation in which the team goes through all the key elements of the agile project management framework Scrum by building a city with Lego.

Learning through play makes learning more efficient, easier and more sustainable. Lego4Scrum is based on this motto. The task in this training course is to use Lego™ bricks to build a city that meets the requirements of the Scrum Product Owner. The "Scrum Master" ensures that the rules are adhered to and coaches the Scrum team.
You will go through all the key elements of the agile project management framework Scrum. You will experience a game situation based on teamwork with the potential to become a daily situation in the project business.
