DevOps, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, IT4IT, … – a connecting element is the Value Stream. Organisations have to learn to get out of silos, to organise their teams along Value Streams, to optimise them continuously and to focus on the added value for the customer.
During one day you will experience with real and current reference projects how our systemic value stream optimization is applied and what benefits it offers.
After a short introduction to Kaizen and Lean Management we turn to the application of cause-oriented lean methods in the IT world.
We turn to practical and current challenges in order to then go through the whole process of systemic value stream optimization with its phases together as a team.
- Where is our Value Stream?
- Where are our wastes and why?
- Where are our problems and with which method can I solve them sustainably?
Battle the complexity of the system!
The result is a common, uniform picture (value map) of our value-adding activities, because only if you know how much you have to “turn” on which “lever” can you measure its effect and draw the appropriate conclusions. In today’s complex networks, such a stringent procedure must be made the standard for process optimization if we don’t want to lose sight of the big picture!
