In this course, you will gain a detailed insight into the concrete activities, tools and mechanisms used to create value effectively in the company.

It is important to us to explain the role and tasks of the Product Owner/Product Manager in a comprehensible way, especially in a SAFe® environment. We also explicitly consider non-SAFe® organizations and answer questions about them.

The following main topics are planned:

• Applying the role of Product Management and Product Owner in SAFe®.
• Writing epics, features and user stories and cutting them to the appropriate size.
• Develop a solid understanding of program management in a Lean Agile organization.

• Identify key roles and responsibilities in a SAFe® implementation
• Complement portfolio content with Epics and Portfolio Kanban
• Define and manage the Solution Value with Value Stream strategies
• Implement product manager strategies
  Acting as SAFe® Product Owner
• Develop a plan for stakeholder engagement
• Establishing and expanding communities of practice

Requirements

This course is suitable for anyone interested in SAFe®, regardless of their experience.

Experience in agile procedures or existing certification as Scrum Master, Product Owner, SAFe® Agilist, or similar are an advantage.
