PMO Project Management Office – AIPMO IPMO-Expert Certification (IPMO-E) [P-PMOE4]
Certified AIPMO Experts have demonstrated through a combination of formal training, workshop and competency assessment that they have a deep understanding of PMO principles, theory and practice, including the design, implementation and operation of complex PMO topologies and their respective PMO service topologies.
Main Topics
The course covers topics related to strategy formulation and execution, in particular frameworks, organizational design, PMO topologies and PMO service topologies. During the course, each participant can use the PMO environment of their own organization as input for PMO assessment, guided by the AIPMO framework, which uses multiple techniques. This work will then be further developed as part of the full-day workshop where you can, if you wish, develop your organization’s strategic design and optimized PMO topology/PMO service topology. This course covers the content of the AIPMO knowledge base, which consists of a series of books covering the PMO principles, portfolio, program and project.
