ITIL® 5 Foundation
This is the first course from ITIL (version 5). It provides insight into ITIL® 5 and shows how a common product and service lifecycle enables the management of digital products and services using Service Value Systems (SVS). In this 2-day course, we will introduce you to the concepts, dimensions and practices to get you ready for certification.
The main topics
ITIL® 5 gives you a more advanced view of the Service Value System (SVS). This provides a holistic end-to-end picture of what it actually means to contribute to business value creation. It includes concepts such as Lean IT, Agile and DevOps and AI.

The ITIL® 5 Foundation course is suitable for anyone who wants to learn more about service management and understand how to create value together with the business. It is also for anyone who wants to bring their ITIL® knowledge up to date and for program and project managers and executives.
The ITIL® 5 Foundation course is the basis for all further ITIL® courses.
