Course topic

DevOps is a methodological approach for enabling quicker development and release cycles through closer cooperation between developers and IT operations. DevOps focuses on shared and integrated responsibility for results in IT organisations, oriented towards stability and continuous availability.

In this course, participants learn how DevOps can enduringly overcome the breaking points between application development and IT operations in enterprise practice. They learn how the two areas can be brought closer together and how the new approach to organisation can enable software to be created and rolled out more quickly and with fewer errors.

Today, Scrum is the most popular of all the Agile methods: With this simple structure and clearly defined roles, the principles of Scrum can be learnt quickly and utilised productively, enabling optimal utilisation of the advantages of Agile.

At the centre of Scrum is the self-organised team. Here, the scrum master is responsible for ensuring interference-free work.As the expert in methodology, he or she ensures that the development process remains intact throughout.

In this scrum master course, participants learn the basic principles of Scrum and consolidate its application through practical exercises.Furthermore, the course mediates the responsibilities and tasks associated with the different roles of Scrum Master, Team and Product Owner.Moreover, participants identify the benefits and structure of Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective.

An einem Tag erleben Sie anhand von echten und aktuellen Referenzprojekten wie unsere systemische Wertstromoptimierung angewendet wird und welcher Nutzen sie bietet.

Nach einer kurzen Einführung ins Kaizen und Lean Management wenden wir uns der Anwendung von ursachenorientierten Lean Methoden in der IT- Welt zu.
Wir wenden uns praktischen und aktuellen Herausforderungen zu um dann gemeinsam als Team den ganzen Prozess der systemischen Wertstromoptimierung mit seinen Phasen zu durchlaufen.

  • Wo ist unser Value Stream?
  • Wo sind unsere Verschwendungen und warum?
  • Wo sind unsere Probleme und mit welcher Methode kann ich diese nachhaltig lösen?

Kampf der Komplexität im System!

Es entsteht ein gemeinsames, einheitliches Bild (Value Map) unserer wertschöpfenden Tätigkeiten, denn nur wenn man weiss an welchem «Hebel» man wieviel «drehen» muss, kann man dessen Wirkung messen und auch entsprechende Schlüsse daraus ziehen. In den heutigen komplexen Netzwerken muss ein solches stringentes Vorgehen zum Standard bei Prozessoptimierungen gemacht werden, will man die Übersicht nicht verlieren!
